Upon verification of the damage, we will arrange for a replacement unit to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please ensure that you inspect your furniture thoroughly upon delivery and report any damages to us immediately to expedite the replacement process. It will take upto 15-30 days for replacement.

3. Return Delivery Charges:

Delivery Costs for Accepted Returns: In the rare event that a return is accepted and approved, the customer will be responsible for covering the return delivery charges. These charges can be up to £300, depending on the location, size, and logistics involved in the return process. This fee will be communicated to you prior to the return being processed.
